Before the public sees your home, I will walk through every inch of the house and property with you and give you a written list of my suggested actions before the home hits the market. From power washing, to staging your home with furniture, I will help you find the right professionals or give you tips if you plan to do some or all of the work yourself. I take buyers around on a regular basis and I listen to their feedback on homes we look at. I know what they notice, like and dislike. I apply that same valuable information to preparing your home for sale.
Because the population of Bainbridge Island/Kitsap and those who are looking to move here tend to be highly educated and technically savvy, I will build a web site just for your home, with at least fifty pictures and excellent written descriptions of the benefits of your home. I will arrange local newspaper advertising in The Bainbridge Island Review, The Kitsap Sun and The Islander.

I will arrange for the local Windermere Realtors, approximately two dozen, to preview your home before it goes on the market.
I will hold your home open on the Thursday Broker’s Open for local agents to preview the first week it is on the market
